“This was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Main Street. It was really enjoyable in the evening, sitting out on the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoying the peace after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed some evenings sitting in the hot tub drinking a glass of wine. The house was really clean and stocked for everything we needed.”

It was the right amount of space - cozy (just like the name says!) which prompted lots of quality family time, but we never felt cramped or crowded. Location was EXCELLENT! Very convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and shops on Main Street - we could be there in 3 minutes! But when you wanted to relax and have……

The house had some wear spots but didn’t bother us. Pricing was reasonable and cheaper than hotel when you only need a place to sleep.Rated the wine question with a 1 star cause we do not drink it, so it wasn’t a must have. ”

“The property is quaint and offers a decent amount of privacy considering it is on a main road. It is very cute and comfortable. It would be a bit of a walk to downtown, but parking is plentiful and free in Fredericksburg so that isn't much of an issue. Inside the property, space is limited but it is well thought out and doesn't feel cramped. There is a bit of a dip entering the driveway which could cause problems for cars with low clearance. Overall, it was great experience that was over too……
