“This is one of the best bed and breakfasts inns I have ever booked! I’m writing this review over a month later, and I still think about how wonderful it was. The beds were super comfortable, & the breakfasts were so delicious. We ordered extra add on items, so we could have snacks—which was awesome! “This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“The property is quaint and offers a decent amount of privacy considering it is on a main road. It is very cute and comfortable. It would be a bit of a walk to downtown, but parking is plentiful and free in Fredericksburg so that isn't much of an issue. Inside the property, space is limited but it is well thought out and doesn't feel cramped. There is a bit of a dip entering the driveway which could cause problems for cars with low clearance. Overall, it was great experience that was over too……
