“Super short drives everywhere. 5 minute walk to great coffee & pizza spot. 15 minute walk to beach. Property was very clean & as advertised. ”

“Conveniently located to all the favorite places in Beaufort, restaurants and Hunting Island. Easy parking for those traveling with a boat. Accommodations were comfortable for 2-3 people. Although it could sleep 6, seating for eating is limited to 2, and living room is small, seating 4. However, I did not come to lounge at the home, so for the price and location, all needs were met and exceeded expectations. Very clean and they allow pets! ”

“The property is situated across the street from beach access on the northern (bay side) of the island, which felt warmer and less windy than the east side on the March day we arrived. It's only a few minute walk and felt like a private beach with few other beach goers during the hours we were there. The townhouse has a terrific layout w/ a master suite, two bedrooms with queen size beds & additional full baths down the hall. Our teens enjoyed having their own space. There is also a child's room……

“Property was even better than advertised with great amenities and was nicely updated. Balcony views are spectacular and properry is only steps from the ocean. Great location is near everything you wanna do on Tybee, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Host included lots of extras like board games, all kitchen gadgets and cookware, hair dryers, and towels and bedding were high end. They don't cut corners. Super satisfied with our stay!”

“Very nice area to stay. Backyard was terrific to relax. Sadly it was quite hot out so didn’t last long. Having a gas grill available to do a cookout was so nice. Very comfortable seating in living room although could use a lamp or two rather than having just the overhead light/fan. Bathrooms were very small but ample amount of towels. Condiments and spices were available which is very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Ideal area to walk. Stroll to the river or into historical Bluffton with little shops. The cottage was perfectly clean and boasted a large kitchen and dining room. Well-equipped with large laundry facilities and modern appliances. Rachael went out of her way for us when we had a particular request. We also really liked being able to park out car in the garage. ”
