“It was very clean. We got there past regular check-in time, but I contacted someone and was told where to get our key. We were headed down to Florida and just needed a clean place to lay our heads, and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean, no nonsense. Even had a kitchen, which we didn't need, but available nonetheless!”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Everything was clean, they had renovated(who ever painted did get paint splatter on the floor). If you stay in room 201 the security light does shine through the window at night. ”

“Facility is well maintained, staff is nice and friendly, and the free breakfast was always a good start of our day. One small issue to note was the smell of wood stain that filled the entire lobby. They had a beautiful table set right by the reception desk that they were staining during our stay. Not sure if they were unable to take it outside that they had to do the work indoors with limited ventilation. Some guests might find that a turn off. Otherwise, it was pleasant stay overall. ”

“Nice, clean, quiet property. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. Very convenient to Augusta venues. Breakfast was good, but at an added charge, coffee was from Starbucks, even had cappuccinos. The hotel was a little older but well cared for and did not feel dated. We accidentally left a suit and dresses in the closet, did not realize this until we arrived home. We called the hotel and they kindly arranged to have our clothing shipped home to……

“Check in was quick and easy. Clean stylish lobby and room. Excellent staff service, very pleasant. My only issue during my 5 night stay was the lack of running water in my room/hotel for a “few hours ". In all fairness after I notified the desk, I was informed that there was a posting at the front desk for the past week (or so). stating that water in rooms would be off for 4 hours on this particular day. I have no doubt about the sign. However, I never saw the sign nor informed about this upon……

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“Very nice hotel just like the pictures inside and out, all the staff were friendly. The veda confit and everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Not pricey for a studio w stove, regular side fridge, and all the utensils. Loved out stay there and will stay again when we go visit my son at the Fort. Thanx Hilton”
