“I booked a room on expedia, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the rude staff told me that there was no room, I was rejected and had to check in at another hotel. The money I paid has not been refunded to me, it's terrible”

“The fact that I found what looks like a broken crack pipe under my sheets should say everything about the type of the property this is. On top of that, the sheets look like they never get washed. There were cobwebs everywhere, including the room they moved me too. As nice as the guy was at the front desk, it doesn’t make up for this. ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“They recently spent a single night at this property. Due to our late flight we did not arrive at the hotel till 2am. There was no problem getting in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay at this property again.”
