“Our room was clean, smelled fresh and didn’t have any traces of bugs. You can tell that the management puts an effort into keeping it presentable - there were new plants and shrubs planted around the perimeter of parking lot, and fresh mulch was put under it. For the price, it was a good option for an overnight stay. ”

“I booked a room on expedia, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the rude staff told me that there was no room, I was rejected and had to check in at another hotel. The money I paid has not been refunded to me, it's terrible”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
