“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“I loved the staff , especially Aquarius ! She helped me with all my needs. The breakfast was a great treat . The only thing that was lacking, the pool being closed !”

“The floor was dirty. After walking barefoot in the room, the soles of my feet were black with dirt. How often are those floors mopped? Everything else was great. ”

“My bedsheets had a yellow stain on it and I found some dark hair in the bathroom, counters, and on my pillow cases. I don’t think they thoroughly cleaned the room. Other than that, I was happy with the stay. I will come back in the future. ”
