“We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. “Staying here was a lovely experience; the house was clean, and having such a beautiful backyard in a quiet neighborhood was great. Was also in a very convenient area, close to lots of amenities and close to UF. Would absolute recommend this gem of a place.”

“When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

“The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on.”

“My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. “We had a great stay at the lake house. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful and it was so nice to be able to just sit outside and enjoy the quiet.The house had plenty of space for our group, and we really liked having easy access to the water for swimming and kayaking. The host was friendly and made everything easy from start to finish.We would definitely come back again. It was exactly the kind of peaceful break we were hoping for!”
