“This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. ”

“Enjoyed hosting a large family weekend gathering a the house. The house was large and clean and the two separate living spaces worked out well. The kitchen in the main house was big and well-stocked. We loved the covered porch and comfy seating there. The pool itself is clean and large. There is only one ladder into the pool so it's not ADA or kid friendly. Overall, I recommend this for a large group getaway. ”

"The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience."
