“Katie at the front counter was amazing at check in time. Everyone else was extremely pleasant during breakfast and check out, didn't catch their names though. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. This is our third year staying here on our annual trip to Kentucky. ”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay! This is one of the best, most peaceful, cozy hotels we have stayed in a while, which made it even more enjoyable! The front desk, housekeeping, food service, etc., were friendly, respectful, and welcoming! The breakfast was a plus and delicious! ”

“When I arrived…apparently there was a nationwide outage with their reservation system. The lady at the front desk seemed bothered by my arrival and said if my name wasn’t on the printed list I’d have to go elsewhere. I tried to explain that I had made my reservation a month in advance but she kept cutting me off. We got our keys and the rest of the stay was fine. It wasn’t my fault for the computers going down…I shouldn’t have been treated like a burden. The place was clean..but for 2 queen……
