“Importantly clean: sheets, bathroom, carpet. Comfortable bed. The bathtub faucet did constantly leak water but I could live with that ok as there was still nice hot showers. Plenty of close parking but when the temps froze there were lots of ice including on sidewalks right at the doors that weren't taken care of making it difficult getting in/out to the car. Overall great value for price, would stay again.”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. “Spent 3 days in St Charles. This was our second visit to St. Charles, just a different season. An ice sculpture event was taking place on our first day. We loved the location. So close to everything we wanted to do. Able to walk everywhere. The condo was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, gave us the privacy we needed. The open living room, kitchen area was very nice. The hosts were great to work with. Communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again. ”
