They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. “The lodging was located perfectly for the race, check-in, etc. The studio was everything we thought it would be. It would be nice to have a washer/dryer, however, overall. 5 stars”
