“Our stay was awesome! The home was spacious, had lots of games to keep us entertained, and was close to grocery stores. Communication with the host was great. We recommend and would go back.”

“If you book this property make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the house when you leave and expect to get it back. My son left his brand new Iphone 15 thr during our stay for Thanksgiving and the property managers still have not returned it to us. After contacting them several times and them saying they was going to mail it out here it is Jan and we still have have no phone. It was not like I was asking them to pay for it. I just got tired of kept asking. I would of rather them stated……

“Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.”

“The best thing about the stay was the location near the south end of Mill Creek Park. I really enjoyed walking around the wetlands.”

“Very clean! Looks like new carpet and renovation! Comfortable and very clean furniture and the bed and linens were very comfortable too. There is a large massage chair that our few visitors enjoyed in moderation. The water pressure in the shower is good and water smells clean. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked very clean and hot. Host was very responsive when needed. We look forward to renting Wayside again next year to visit our relatives. Very convenient location. ”
