“A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “We were welcomed warmly by very friendly staff and the staff were very helpful throughout and very polite and kind, too. We weren't able to have breakfast, as we had booked, but were offered a generous afternoon meal on arrival as compensation. The room was perfectly normal and just as we anticipated.
