“Stay was great but the breakfast was no bueno! ”

“I thought it was a trendy and cozy place. Definitely a youthful feel. I loved the need for the key card to travel up the elevator. Made me feel safer. I loved seeing my name as a welcome screen in the tv too. Nice touch 😎”

“Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form. ”

“I stayed at a Embassy Suites in another state the night before - and this Raleigh property was far inferior. For one, much of the staff didn't speak English. Second, the breakfast food was very bland. Third, the hotel did not have any foam pillows on hand. Fourth the fan in the room was loud and could not be turned off.”

“Great service. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Thanksgiving trip went well and Residence Inn is now a favorite place when visiting Raleigh. ”
