“This was our 42nd wedding anniversary and we loved Sunshine and Roses. The road in is a little rough, but that is not the property owner’s responsibility. The cabin was as beautiful as the pictures on VRBO!! We plan to make another trip when the weather is more agreeable. We look forward to enjoying the beautiful patio next time! Loved it!!”

“Everything was better than it was described, the house had Everything you could think of and more. The area was quiet and we had no interruptions or trouble with the area. The backyard patio was amazing and the jacuzzi was amazing as well! Everything was neat and clean and easily labeled and accessible! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway in the area!”

“It was my early birthday weekend getaway. Ginger was an amazing Host! She kept us up to date on everything and even had a scavenger hunt at the clubhouse if you have kids. Communication was top tier. My family and I had a great time staying at Lazy River retreat. The GPS took us to a different location at first but once we changed it to broken bow state park it took us to the right direction and it’s right before getting there it’s a big sign on the right side with a big entrance not to miss.……

“It was very relaxing and quiet. The house was clean and the check in was fairly easy though I struggled with the front door lock it wasn’t too much of a hassle. We had plenty of room to spread out, our stay included my husband, me and 4 teenage boys who loved the hot tub, pool and definitely put the basketball court to use. Note: If you plan on utilizing the master bathtub, be prepared for it to take 30 minutes to fill up to halfway because the water pressure is low.”

“This is an adorable cabin that is in a great location. Yes, some additional cabins have been built nearby, but there is plenty of space and privacy between cabins so that you don’t see any neighbors unless you feel like intruding on someone else’s vacation. We didn’t. We loved the front porch and back deck, both featuring comfy seating. Loved the interior of the cabin which was open enough to allow our pup to find a corner to settle in while we played cards in the evening. Plenty of country……
