“This property was so charming! Very well decorated and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake. We stayed here to visit family in the area, and we had a blast! Quiet neighborhood which made morning coffee on the deck with the birdsongs an absolute joy. I had a hardtime convincing my parents that we did have to leav!”

“We took an impromptu stay the week of Easter to see family in the area, and do some real estate prospecting. I grew up in the area, and am looking to move back. The check-in process was super simple. We arrived in town a little early and were able to immediately check in. The house was clean and all rooms were nicely decorated and accommodating. The place was pet friendly as well and had gates at the top of the stairs and on the balcony for safety. Unfortunately my pup got a little anxious and……

“We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. ”

“I have had hit and miss experiences with VRBO. This was by far one of the best!! The owner (Eileen) was great, very communicative, and accommodating. The house was great. Better quality and value than I expected. Plan to stay here again next time I visit family and would feel completely comfortable bringing my son!”

“Our stay happened during the flood of the century, but the house was on high ground and the views if Lake Thunderbird were amazing. The house had games for our grandchildren and plenty of space for adults. Our grandsons even took out the kayaks that were provided. The owners even had life jackets available. The owners were easy to contact and addressed any issues that arose. It was all-in-all a wonderful stay!”

“Our work sponsored a training in Ash Flat and due to the limited hotel options, we booked this house for 6 instructors. It had enough space for all of us. The house had lots of high-end finishings and all the appliances and cooking tools you could think of. It was perfect for us to cook dinner and enjoy on the deck. My interactions with the host were excellent. We would 100% hook this property again for work or personal visit!”

“House smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We had to open all of the windows to air it out. My eyes burned for the first night. The sliding doors to the porch had not been cleaned and it was evident that the last person visiting had a medium dog whose face had been all over the windows. There was also dog food and hair inside and dog poop as you left the porch. The rest of the house was pretty clean. Outside areas of the house were great! The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and the……

“Great location and very peaceful, would stay again. One note: If you want to use the firepit or fireplace, make sure to bring your own wood because there is none supplied. I suggest the host either make wood available and charge the guest, or provide the guest with contact information of a local person that would be able to make a delivery. Overall a very nice house to spend quiet time on, situated on a secluded, peacuful lake. ”
