“The house easily accommodated my friends and family for a weekend of relaxation. The place is very spacious with all modern amenities. We especially loved waking up to the gorgeous view of the lake in the back. The views were breathtaking. Would definitely consider going back. ”

“This place was VERY nice. The decor, comfort, convenience…you name it. I don’t know what is standard in these places, but there were towels, wash clothes, shampoo…, and coffee. When I had question the host was available and responded quickly. If I’m back in the area I HOPE I can book this place again.”

“Considering that area does not have convenient hotels, this location was perfect for the event we attended. It was nice of them to vacate their home so we could stay - though we wish that would have been communicated. There is no extra room with twin beds - at least not functional. The property is nice. Whomever took the pictures did a great job. It worked for us for the short time we were in the area.”

“I needed a large space for my bridesmaids to stay and get our makeup done for the wedding and have a casual rehearsal dinner. This house was perfect. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all. Didn’t hear any noise. The only thing that I would say is that the couches were a little worn and could use a good shampooing. The floors also weren’t very clean. After walking around our socks were black. I would still recommend this house for large groups.”

“Apartment was immaculate. Easy check-in process and Hyatus was communicative, friendly, and helpful. Furniture in the living area is a little cramped but for just a few days it was all we needed! Noise level wasn't bad, but the windows are not soundproof so we could hear the occasional siren (it's very close to the hospital). But the building itself was fairly quiet. My only negative feedback: while 2 of the beds were comfortable, the third one was very clearly not a mattress at all, just a box……

“We had a lovely family gathering with 14 adults and a toddler - the house was perfect for a large family meal and had room for everyone. Lots of games, a pool table, and electric fireplace were great additions. Rick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Convenient on site parking. As stated in listing, the bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor, with grand/tall staircases. Overall it was a great place for our family to celebrate together!”

“Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures……

“This is a neat, clean and lovely little place that perfectly suited our needs. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Jose was a gracious host, answering all of my questions promptly - even the one about the mattresses which were incredibly comfortable! ”
