“It is so well done! ”

“Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would……

“Wonderful hotel on the square. The owner was super nice, the guy at the front desk waited on my due to traffic in the mountains to check me in. He was super nice. There’s history, cool decorations, modern class met old school charm. They did a wonderful job with the remodeling keeping the old feel and refurbishing it while ushering in modern amenities. You feel like you should be paying $500 a night, which in other areas it would cost that but Burnsville is a little nothing town and this place……

“The room was well appointed, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, The hosts were very thoughtful in having coffee, bottled water, iced tea, soda and juice available in the dining room 24/7. The complimentary continental breakfast was convenient and offered a wide selection of breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, danish, granola with toppings, instant oatmeal and more. There was a lovely private, comfortable patio area which I definitely enjoyed.”

“I would absolutely stay here again. Perfect getaway for my spouse and I while we were in town for a wedding. I loved that restaurants/stores/brewery were all a short walk away. The sound of the creek behind the house was also so relaxing. ”

“This place is absolutely lovely. They have taken such card in decorating it. There was even a pie upon arrival! We did encounter a few bumps (literally). The two twin beds were in a loft and with very low ceilings. This would be perfect for kids, but my friend and I smacked our heads sitting up in bed. “The property was lovely and well maintained. It is secluded and quiet. We honesly didn't spend much time there though. We were visiting family and had a pretty full schedule of events.”

“This was a combo work/ play visit for me--3 days of work interspersed with hikes and enjoying the mountains. All my work was video calls and the internet was NO problem at all, if that is important to you.It was awesome to be able to take my lunch breaks on the deck overlooking the creek, and I definitely took advantage of the hot tub.
