“Everything was great except the stairs. They were not listed in the rental description. We are elderly and I am getting over an ankle/leg injury. The stairs were unexpected and quite disappointing. I would not have rented had I known that there were 17 STEEP stairs that I had to go up and down.”

“This was a great last minute place to stay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to everything in downtown highlands. It is technically on top of a gas station but you would never know. Very big space with 2 big rooms and kitchen that are all modern. Would recommend and rebook again if going back to highlands”

Very convenient location with shopping and activities minutes away in Cashiers and its easy to reach Highlamds and Cherokee as well. Super hosts who want to make sure your stay is perfect. “This apartment is beautiful, with all the amenities, and so close to downtown Highlands! We stayed there for the week of our daughter's wedding, and it was the perfect location for catching up with family and wedding guests. It was our second time staying in this apartment and we would be delighted to stay there again. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating!”

“My husband and I needed the spend one night in Brevard to attend the Steep Canyon Rangers Concert. We have a very well behaved Cavalier Spaniel. Because this rental was dog friendly, we were able to bring Bea with us and not have to deal with a pet sitter. The only thing I would say about the apartment is that it is not within walking distance to downtown unless you are very fit.”

“My husband and I booked this property in hopes of just getting away from the hustle & bustle. The cabin is small, but exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need a massive place. It’s situated above the main roadway so you will hear traffic and a good bit of the bikers passing through. We didn’t mind. The other property is about a 100 yards away and can be seen by the front porch entry way. It was nice being alone without being entirely alone. The back patio was perfect.
