“The location was perfect. Lake Winnipesauke is a massive lake. Having the home in a cove made the water calmer and easier to use boats and water ski. The property has a big sandy beach and a large pier. We were able to dock our boat and jet ski on the pier. They provided three kayaks and a paddleboard to use that were wonderful. The home was older but functional. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook (minus crock pot). Plenty of dishes, utensils, serving plates,……

“This was just what we needed! Cute cottage in a perfect location. Nice dock. Easy paddle access to both Wentworth and Crescent lakes, and walking to town on the rail trail.”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The kids (11-14) LOVED the bunkhouse and we all thoroughly enjoyed taking the boats onto the pond to fish or relax. Wolfeboro is an adorable town and the house is located minutes from downtown, but honestlywith the pond, large deck, and fire pit we spent most of our time on the property. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“In addition to everything this property offers we found there was a nearby 12mile bike trail that goes through the woods passing lakes on the the route, and bikes were available at the property.”
