“Stayed here to visit RHS Malvern and decided this would be a nice treat. The property is amazing and all the staff that we met were excellent. We booked dinner in the Refectory restaurant for the two nights as it was an AA rosette recommendation. However the dining experience was not what we expected. Although the food presentation, quantity and quantity were fine our meals on both nights were far from hot and some of the vegetables were almost cold. Not wishing to wait for replacements we ate……

“The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise.
