“The cottage was actually better than expected! Great location right near the park entrance and in a secluded and beautiful jungle neighborhood. The cottage was super clean and very well stocked. There were lots of small details that made it feel very welcoming and very well cared for. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there. Would very happily stay again!”

“Biggest advantage of the house is the short distance to the N.P. The house itself could be a little bit more cleaned. Also the bed is not very comfortable. But all in all we had a good time. ”

“Waking up to the birdsong was my favorite time of day. I'd get up, make coffee and head out on the lanai to watch the morning unfold. I spent lots of time on the lanai relaxing and recharging. Close enough to beaches, national parks, grocery stores, and Ka Lae Garden Thai restaurant. I highly recommend!”

“Beautiful up in the tree fern canopy. Gas 'fireplace' quickly made it cosy warm after a day out in the rain. Clean, all basic kitchen needs present(and one of the best knife sets in a rental ever made cooking prep a pleasure), Jennifer responded quickly. It is a damp area so we just made sure to open some windows during dry times.”

“What a perfect get away. The cabin is situated on a rural grass road, surrounded by trees, birds singing all day and frogs peeping at night. It feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, yet it’s only minutes away from Volcano National Park. The cabin is picturesque both inside and out. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day of exploring the park. ”

“The consensus was we wished we had been able to spend more time just hanging out here. The property is beautiful and quiet even though there are other houses around. Sometimes pictures over exaggerate the positive features but in this instance it was spot on or even better. Teenagers loved it! Favorite spot was the lanai and the pool & patio. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The only downside is I wish a grocery store or restaurants were closer. We absolutely loved our……
