While this property didn't advertise ADA accessebility the nature of the the floor plan as well as only one step into the house suited our needs perfectly. We were able to navigate the wheelchair throughout the whole house with ease due to the open floorplan. We should say that our child needs a caregiver to move about in the wheelchair so if you self propel you can still access the home with a portable ramp at……

“We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. Sparrow Bakery is also about a 15-minute walk away. We did have a car, so we used that to……
