“Super clean awesome customer service, especially the third shift. Manager was amazing. Really helped me out.”

“Staff was very friendly and caring of our needs and wants. The hotel was clean inside and out. The pool area was clean but the floor tiles were uneven and slippery. The pool bar staff was friendly and very accommodating. ”

“I stayed for just one night... but i was allowed to do an early check-in, check-in was fast and simple. Room was big and comfortable. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable. Even my nieces said they had a great night's sleep, even when our room was next to the elevators. Breakfast was actually delicious. To close up out weekend, when i asked to confirm at what time checkout was, i was offered a late checkout.. the customer service was outstanding. ”

“Convenience to event I was attending. Room lacked blinds to block out sunlight or street lights. So far the have been unable to resolve or move me to a different room. ”

“Very clean and very recently renovated! Host is super accommodating, the stay felt very private and I would stay here again if I was in Spring Hill for another temporary work project.”
