“The house was just as shown. Very clean, great location, pool was nice and clean along with the hot tub.Only issue is the toilet in the master bath backed up into the shower. It was a holiday weekend so the owner wasn’t able to locate a plumber. We were not able to use the bathroom for the last 2 days which was inconvenient with 4 people. ”

It looked like there was a code for a heater but when I asked if the heater had a code we could use to turn it on management said that it didn’t have a heater. That was one of the main reasons we rented the house. I’m not sure if that’s disclosed in the listing but it should be. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and they run out of……

“This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.”

“This was our second time staying at Beach’s Edge and it continues to be our favorite vacation spot. Easily the best views in the island right from your deck! The house is perfect and the addition of the hot tub on the upper deck made our stay even more fun. Kids loved playing on the beach, collecting shells and taking in amazing sunsets. We saw dolphins, osprey, manatee, tortoises etc! This house has plenty of room and had been nicely updated since we last stayed. Downstairs area was a great……

“From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful.The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.”

“Condo is newly renovated and in a great spot on the property. We loved the easy access of walking out the porch and being able to get to the beach to so quickly. It was especially nice for sunrises to be able to pop out and enjoy the morning so quickly.”
