“First of all the host, Deborah, has to be the best host we have ever had! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and answered every question quickly. The house itself is a short walk (10 min with children) to the beach and it is a very pleasant walk at that. Three of the days we saw manatees by the bridge over the lagoon. There was 6 of us and the house and amenities were the perfect size. All the usual stuff (linens, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms) was well stocked……

We loved the fully equipped kitchen and new furniture- we would be glad to return- I think we are about first guests since Hurricane Ian. So owners still needed a couple things- colander, soap holder in a bath- shower caddy in beautiful blue gray tiled shower and a standing on floor toilet paper holder- otherwise perfect retreat not far to beach- save having to pay and pool is nice as well. “Enjoyed the closeness of the beach then relaxing in our little cottage that was clean and comfortable. We drove to some restaurants but could have easily walked to others. I did have some confusion as to how to make the payments. In all my past bookings through Vrbo, they took care of the payments, using my credit card. This my misunderstanding. It all worked out fine as I worked through the owner of the property. ”

“This is a great property and our adult family stayed for a month in May 2022. The pool area is fabulous, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of good quality crockery, china and glassware. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s just a short walk (~400 steps) to the beach at the end of the street. Be aware that the property owner has furnished the property with white cloth covered sofas, so red wine was avoided by us while we stayed in the house. The only negativity is that neither of the two……
