“Great location! Good beach access! Very nice”

“Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within……

“Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. I wish this was more clearly stated on the room literature as we found this out the hard way! $150 parking ticket! 2. The bed is awful. Not very comfortable at all. That’s about it. “It was a fantastic and the unit was modern with fantastic finishes. Very comfortable and cozy with a direct access to o e of the most beautiful peaful beaches in FL. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone especially families. The location on the island is centered so you are not close to anything but also not far to anything either. Fantastic place and the host was very attentive and always communicating with us.”

“Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und neuwertig. Lage ist gut, Strände, Restaurants und Supermarkt in Fahrradentfernung, trotzdem ruhig und grün, von der Kläranlage in der Nachbarschaft bekommt man nichts mit. Bemängeln würden wir nur, dass die zwei, in der Ausschreibung genannten Räder fehlen. Auf entsprechende Nachfragen hat der Vermieter Kurt nicht reagiert. Die Vor-Ort-Organisation wusste davon nichts, in der amerikanischen Beschreibung sind sie wohl……

From the time of booking, management was very informative of procedure, rules, things to do, everything we needed up front. “Practically new, clean, all house keeping supplies available except hair dryer. Location of laundry unclear in description. Could use an internal bug zapper. Office staff customer friendly. Overall, an excellent facility will stay here again when we return to Sanibel.”
