“This property had everything we needed! It was exactly as stated in the listing. We needed to contact the owner twice and both times, he answered the call & gave us info we needed. ”

“The property was as described in the online listing. The only two issues we had: We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the living room (it was always on at high speed)There was a sulfur odor in the neighborhood at times, which we found out from neighbors that is a thing in Sanibel. Nothing to do with the property itself.”

“My husband and I stayed mid-March for 7 days. The weather cooperated and it was sunny and mid-70’s all week! The Ibis cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was far enough away from the commerce area that it was peaceful and quiet. We never ran out of activities and excursions mixed in with beach days. It was very helpful to have the Tradewinds beach available as all the other beaches were challenging to find parking. If there was any downside to our stay it was the lack of laundry……

“Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within……

“You can't beat the location and setting of John Anthony's beach cottage. Very close to both beach and bay, and located within a lovely, private community. House could use some upgrades and bit more maintenance. Yet make no mistake: this is a fantastic place and we had a lovely time. Thanks, John Anthony!”

“Just spent a wonderful week on beautiful North Captiva with our family. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were great.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here for several months during the winter season, and it's great. Very comfortable home, great heated pool in the complex, beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful screened-in porch. Have already booked for next year!”
