“Came in town for a car show, this home accommodated all our needs, specially parking. We love this area and try to stay in this area when we come to St Louis. We really appreciate the hospitality of coffee, creamer, Laundry soap, etc its the little things. We travel a lot and forget thous items most of the time. Thank you!! Definitely would stay here again if available on our next trip. ”

Right away, I felt comfortable and looked forward to reserving her home for our family of 9 (2 Families - parents / high school youth / College age adults) … We were impressed by the warm decor, generous bedroom spaces with storage, and the screened-in back porch! The back lawn would accommodate family-friendly and child-friendly games / activities. … The lower-level has a Bedroom……

“The place is in a cute little village just outside of major locations that felt very cozy. The place was overall very clean and felt nice to stay in. Overall, I would definitely come back if I were to go to this area again!”

“The Seedling, was such a an incredible find for our family’s weekend stay! The location, the home, the decor, all *chef’s kiss*! It’s walkable to downtown Edwardsville, less than 10 minutes from SIUE’s campus, and great access to nearby suburbs. Definitely recommend this home AND checking out Sacred Grounds for a great cup of Joe/breakfast and Ed’s Delicatessen for a delicious lunch option.”
