“We had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just minutes from everything in Grafton, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting. We saw deer every day, which made the mornings, and evenings extra special. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. “The home was consistent with what we were led to believe in the listing and the reviews. Plenty of room, house was tidy and clean, our host was polite and responsive. Home is in a family neighborhood, quiet at night, friendly neighbors, off-street parking, no safety concerns. DT St. Louis and many area attractions within a 30 min. drive. ”

“The perfect place to stay for a weekend in Grafton. Located within steps of the Grafton Winery. The townhouse is beautiful and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in is easy and the owners are friendly and helpful. ”

Onside the house was very clean, all of the furnishings were very nice and looked to be pretty new. It wasnt far from Alton Grafton Godfrey or Jerseyville. “What a beautiful old home. We loved the location and being able to see the river from our bedroom and balcony. Check in was so easy and the hosts were so accommodating. Check in is typically 4 pm and we asked if we could get in a little earlier. We were told the house was open any time that day so we were able to drop our bags at 10 am. The house has everything you can possibly need. We will definitely stay again the next time we need a place in Alton!”
