“Short weekday stay to spend a day at Sesame Place. New to the whole Vrbo experience. Barry was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any messages I sent. The house was clean and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in staying in this area”

“Property was spacious and clean, with plenty of toys and stuff to keep kids amused. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, although we did not use it except for breakfast. David was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had.We would recommend a larger coffee pot and nicer pillows, but otherwise no complaints.”

“This was a lovely home away from home. Clean, well-furnished and stocked, clear instructions, family-friendly, and a short distance from Sesame Place, supermarkets and restaurants for our family. “We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! Tom was very quick to respond and accommodating leading up to our trip, but we were slightly confused by the check in process as we received a code for the door but also instructions telling us to come to the front porch to get a key and instructions of how to get to the property. “We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!”

"The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Princeton, though having a car is highly recommended for easier transportation. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with cookies and bottled water—such a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly November evening. The breakfast was excellent; I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon from the cold bar. The room amenities were good overall, though the experience could be enhanced with the addition of a microwave. The air conditioner felt a bit dated, and I was initially concerned about potential noise at night, but it turned out to be fine. Overall, this is a great choice for accommodations, and I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Princeton."
