“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with cookies and bottled water—such a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly November evening.
