“The room was nice could have smelled better but clean. We were having my daughters wedding that weekend so all of the bridesmaids were getting ready in our room so we needed extra plates and forks and the staff was so accommodating. We also had another room for the next day and they let me check in earlier that day so I could have the key in plenty of time for the brides! Friendly staff and super helpful!!”

“Well run hostel with nice staff , for a hostel.its a nice property. My sheets had long womens hair and stains. Check out time is too early at 10am . With hotels i check out at 12 . If you're on a budget its a good hostel but i prefer hotel , so it will be my last hostel . ”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”

“雖然提早離開不需要房務整理，可是最後一晚沒有房務整理，但不影響住宿體驗，櫃檯有主動給予餐點一些折扣還不錯。”

“There is no exhaust fan in the washroom”

“飯店有不錯的景觀，可以直接看到金門大橋， 房間也乾淨整潔。 停車的地方離房間約走路3分鐘，路上幾乎沒有路燈非常黑， 所以晚上出門記得使用房間內準備的手電筒。 餐廳並不是之前在網路上查到的不優的 buffet， 而是變成是點餐式的，點了牛排還不錯。 ”

“We loved our stay here at Chateau Tavoli. Beautiful Historic home. Great location. Wonderful staff! I wished there was parking at the site. Best to not bring a vehicle. ”

“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”
