“I recently stayed at The Lion for two nights with my husband and toddler. We booked The Bakery Suite (Quadruple on Hotels.com) which had a seperate living area which was ideal for us. Check in was swift and we found all the staff throughout our stay to be friendly and accommodating. We ate dinner in the restaurant the first night and opted for the roast beef. “Stay was really nice, really close to town centre everything is walkable. Bed really comfy, great bath/shower. Parking is a couple of minutes walk so no problem there.”
