“We live at the penthouse floor with huge side windows however the windows were not cleaned so we barely can open the curtain to enjoy the view You can see the spider webs at the corner of our in room stairs up to the living room place. The front desk staffs are nice, however the breakfast staff is not attentive perhaps due to lack of people, as a 5 stars hotel service I would say not qualified. Location is, nonetheless, excellent ”

“Neu- und hochwertiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage an/auf der Dominsel. Fußläufig ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Das teure Parken in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage kann durch das Parken an den günstigeren öffentlichen Parkplätzen vermieden werden. Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. “Most of all I felt safe staying here. Everything was very clean and staff very kind, helpful and respectful. I recommend dining out at the restaurant and trying the duck. There is small gym on site and spa services. I feel like everyone cares about me when I am there. Sometimes I would get vouchers for a coffee or a drink, or discounts at the restaurant which made me feel appreciated and valued. It’s my home away from home. ”
