“We live at the penthouse floor with huge side windows however the windows were not cleaned so we barely can open the curtain to enjoy the view You can see the spider webs at the corner of our in room stairs up to the living room place. The front desk staffs are nice, however the breakfast staff is not attentive perhaps due to lack of people, as a 5 stars hotel service I would say not qualified. Location is, nonetheless, excellent ”

“Very central location and relatively new place but we had disappointment with two things. First is parking. It shows parking available but when I asked they were not able to show so I had to pay extra street parking for a day. Second, we had tea, coffee and kettle but there was no water bottle. I am not sure if it is because tap water is available but I think would be nice to have. Clean and quiet even though it is very central.”
