“My son and I stayed at the Terminal Hotel the night before an early flight out of Copernicus Airport. We loved the option of a room with two twin beds. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I recommend buying a cart for the restaurant to use for room service. They had to make several trips from the kitchen to the room. I would stay here again! ”

“It was a nightmare. We stayed at the hotel for just one night. We didnt sleep well because of mosquitoes in the room and we could find dead mosquitoes all over the ceiling. Room was not completely cleaned up. There were unfinished snacks in drawers and we found a weird old doll under the bed with tons of rubbish. The shower stand was broken and we could see dirt on the edge of the shower door, and water was very weak. The room has no ac and fan and therefore we felt extremely uncomfortable with……
