“Greeted by young lady who was very professional and polite with just the right amount of interest before showing me the room, which was clean and spacious with a nice view out of the bay window onto the garden. Breakfast options were available, quality and quantity were very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay.”

“Lovely clean room which had all the requirements we needed. Ideal location for what we needed.No info provided about wi-fi password. Mattress was comfortable. Could do with better pillows. Saturday night noise from pub next door- dont expect an early night. All quiet by 11:30pm. ”

“A spacious, well decorated, quiet room in an optimal area to see what Chester has to offer. Tracy and Amy were very friendly, answering any questions that we had, making sure we were comfortable during our three-night stay. Would recommend!”

“Quiet hotel. Soundproofed. Central for everything. All attractions nearby - city walls - a quick and interesting way to get to cathedral and historic centre. Spoilt for choice for restaurants. All staff lovely - reception, breakfast and cleaning staff friendly. Beds excellent. Shower hot. Good value. Couldn't fault it. I'd say negative reviews have been unlucky.”
