“There is a problem with the hot water in the shower. it remained extremely hot, despite trying to turn to cold water. too hot to shower . ”

“This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new……

“Great property close to centre of altrincham. I didn’t get an email response initially but then was connected via text to Georgi who was very responsive and friendly. Car parking spaces full when arrived but space in street out of parking time limitations and they gave a permit for next day. Would use again ”

“Close to T2. Can walk to T2 in 2 minutes. Room is clean in good size. Same as pictured. Nice restaurant downstairs with good vibes. Good breakfast with nice coffee and lots of choices. ”

We appreciated the convenience of a delicious breakfast close to the airport before heading into the city for a short visit. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great choice for travelers needing an airport-adjacent option”

“After a very bad start.. Difficulty getting electronic doors open and the host being a bit unsympathetic I eventually gained access.. The studio was very well equipped.. However the television did not work.. Transport is easy and chopping area on the door step. I don't know if I would stay there on my next visit.. Gaining access was real faff. The stairs going up are very steep and not suitable for the elderly especially if carrying luggage ”

“Good airport hotel which provides easy access to the terminal. Other than that, nothing particular. The executive lounge service was average at best.”

“The property is advertised as having 2 bedrooms. It in fact only has one, which did not work for our stay so we had to just leave. Not as advertised, was told we would get a refund, which was then denied. Be very careful.”
