“Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! “We have stayed in most of the hotels around the OVO Hydro. This was by far the best experience so far. The £25 spent for a lucky dip upgrade was more than worth it.
