“The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all. ”

“Glad to be upgraded to larger rooms with balconies facing the riverside. Adequate facilities inside the rooms. Nice and quiet environment. Helpful front desk personnel. Value for money high-tea set and nice breakfast buffet. Modern luxury hotel highly recommended.”

“Generally good except that the smell of smoke in the meeting areas and sometimes in the rooms were very annoying. The rooms were non-smoking rooms but it could be others that continue to smoke in the rooms and the smoke gets through the air ducts into my room. ”
