“Excellent place to stay, very friendly staff, rooms very comfortable, spacious & clean, with great facilities, lovely little complimentary items made the stay extra enjoyable. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Very pet friendly & still very clean in all areas. Added bonus of car charging facilities very welcome. We will definitely stay again next time in the area. Thank you to all the staff for making are stay very pleasurable. ”

“We love staying here and use it when we are visiting our daughter at Uni. It's an ideal location and we are only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants for the evening . It's also super close to the racecourse if people are visiting for that. The rooms are finished to a high standard and offer a comfy relaxed stay. ”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”

“The Kingfisher Chalet was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Gaynor and Andrew were friendly and welcoming, giving information about the local area. Can definitely recommend The Hare for dinner/drinks, staff there were very friendly too. Plenty of bird life to enjoy, even if the kingfisher itself didn’t make an appearance for our stay. Would definitely consider staying again!”
