“Check in was smooth. I found hairs in the sink and shower when I arrived. Shower drain was clogged, but was fixed after I notified the front desk. Room was not cleaned on my last day. “The room we stayed in could have used shelving in the bathroom for cosmetics and such. As far as the actual room, we left in the morning and returned in the evening so it didn't really matter. A coffee table or side tables would have been nice for beverages while watching TV at the end of the day. We had to leave a day early and I was not able to change the reservation, nor was there a refund for that night. Never experienced that with any of our past Orbitz bookings. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“My only concern with the room was the fact that the window opened up completely, but had no screen in it, which could easily have led to one of our two toddlers falling out of a third story window.
