“I stayed with my family here with family over Spring Break for 2 nights while we went to Wings and Waves and the museum. The hot tub was very nice, the place was spacious and very clean, and it’s walking distance to downtown which has great dining options. Great place ”

The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out.”

“Ruth's Cottage is as advertised - a charming farmhouse which has plenty of vintage touches AND is comfortable, cozy, and with all the amenities one needs. And its location can't be beat - just a short walk to downtown Carlton, an easy drive to McMinnville, and convenient access to everything that Willamette Valley wine country has to offer. I can't wait to return to Ruth's Cottage!”

“My husband and I stayed in McMinnville, arriving on a very cold evening. I wondered if the home could be warm enough because it is wonderfully spacious. We were toasty and comfortable all night. Well appointed, PERFECT for a family get away or a friends' weekend. It is a home from the early 20th century, but has been tastefully and wisely updated. Still has its charm, but functions like a modern home. The owner even left a bottle of wine to welcom us. One vert small drawback: a……

“Everyone in our group of 5 loved the house. It was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location! We would definitely stay there again!”

“We had an excellent time! Sheets were spotless and everything was laid out for us. Unfortunately, the master bathroom toilet was running when we arrived and was not operational during our stay. The management company was responsive and offered to send someone over on the weekend to fix the toilet and some of the other minor issues we encountered. We had a great stay!”

“Dundee Location was great for our hiking and winery agendas. Clean, open. Layout of the home was perfect for three couples. Great gathering layout in kitchen, dining and great rooms. Nice back deck to enjoy the sunshine. Great communication with owners and others.Walking distance to some really good restaurants of different levels and menus. If I return to the area, I’d certainly opt to stay here again! ”

The friends who stayed with us are extremely picky and agreed it was amazing. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and took advantage of one of the complimentary local tastings offered with the rental. We would absolutely stay here again! ”
