“Our stay was excellent! We were in the King Suite which was super comfortable. Having the kitchenette was convenient making it easy to prepare some of our own meals. The hotel is nicely furnished with lots of modern fixtures and furnishings. They are also pet friendly so bringing our dog was a non issue. Luciano and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop seating area and hot tub were fabulous. The hotel is……

Right from the start we were met with friendly service and our room was beautiful and spotless. The restaurant is a hidden gem, beautiful atmosphere with some of the best food either of us have had in some time! Even if you are staying in Nelson, the 10 minute drive is worth it!”

“Two issues. 1. Toilet paper is very thin. 2. They didn't tell me at check in that they were putting a charge thru on my card. I had already paid for the room and seeing a second charge go thru was unsettling. I hadn't been asked or given permission to charge my card. I was assured it would be reversed at checkout but I haven't seen that go thru my account yet. Their explanation was reasonable and I trust that I will be refunded but it would have been better if I had been asked before they……
