“Our stay was excellent! We were in the King Suite which was super comfortable. Having the kitchenette was convenient making it easy to prepare some of our own meals. The hotel is nicely furnished with lots of modern fixtures and furnishings. They are also pet friendly so bringing our dog was a non issue. Luciano and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop seating area and hot tub were fabulous. The hotel is……

“We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs! We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again. ”

“Two issues. 1. Toilet paper is very thin. 2. They didn't tell me at check in that they were putting a charge thru on my card. I had already paid for the room and seeing a second charge go thru was unsettling. I hadn't been asked or given permission to charge my card. I was assured it would be reversed at checkout but I haven't seen that go thru my account yet. Their explanation was reasonable and I trust that I will be refunded but it would have been better if I had been asked before they……

“We had one night stay at Sentinel. We were looking for secluded and quiet area for our couple getaway. The property was clean and breakfast was awesome. Only feedback is that owners live on the property and always there in the main kitchen and coffee room which kind of made the whole experience little bit wierd. They were all nice and welcoming though.”
