“We had three generations stay with 4 families. 8 adults and 7 children ages 1-7. The house was perfect. Proximity to the beach was exactly what was needed with small kids with various needs. Views from the porch were highly enjoyable during off beach hours. House was spacious and clean. Steve was responsive and easy to work with. All around awesome vacation for us.”

“We had the pleasure of staying at this beach home with our family of young kids and family friends with young kids. The location was perfection. It truly is 1 block to the shops/beach in York. The home is bright and clean with all the towels you could possibly need for your stay. There were some kids games and puzzles and a nice picnic table in the front lawn. Traci made the check in process easy and painless and reached out to make sure our needs were met. We will absolutely stay here again.……

“We have vacationed in York beach many times when our children were growing up, so we knew the area and the location of the house - just perfect, between the beaches, downtown, the Nubble and Dunne's ice cream. The house was amazing, it had everything we needed, beautiful ocean views, comfortable seating, beds were very comfortable as well. Updates everywhere, couldn't ask for anything more - we loved out stay and will definitely be back.”
