“This beautifully updated home was all we hoped for; the kitchen was well equipped, the property was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed Short Sands Beach and the restaurants nearby, especially the Lobster House. The owner is quick to respond to any inquiry and we just enjoyed ourselves so much here. We hope to return again in the future. ”

“The house / property was just as advertised. A group of 10 adult family members shared the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and well equipped. For us it was a much better option for the family to connect as opposed to staying in a hotel. If ever in the area again would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to enjoy all that the property and the area have to offer.”

“Before we stayed we asked a few questions about the property and learned that the listing is quite inaccurate and the company that manages it has absolutely no idea what is in the house. When we got there and had multiple problems (no hot water, the house had an intense kitty litter smell, the air conditioning barely worked and ALL the fans in the house were broken, the outdoor shower didn’t work, there was no hose to rinse any of our beach things off so sand got everywhere, even if there was a……

“The house was a bit musty and smelled when we arrived. I don’t think the listing accurately described the beds because one of the beds was much smaller than a queen, maybe full size. There’s lots of room in the house, but they layout is odd and the furniture was not very comfortable. Great location but not a great place to hang out in.”

“The views of the beach did our souls good. Great walking paths around town and along the shore. The home had the perfect amount of space for us and a lovely kitchen. ”

“This is our second stay in this house. It is a great location directly across from long sands beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the ice cream shop. Ample sleeping area and listening to the ocean waves crash as you fall asleep is amazing. Will definitely try to rent again in the future. Owners are quick to respond to messages and questions.”

“We traveled to the area to be with our daughter who had surgery nearby. Could not have picked a better place to relax and recover. Spacious house and outdoor space in an incredibly charming area. I was worried about no AC in the bedrooms and it was never an issue - excellent fans and a lovely breeze at night. Very well stocked as well with all the basics. Would definitely return! ”
