“Det var helt perfekt. De har super professionelle og rigtig servicemindet. De er så servicemindet, at de spurgte om hvornår det ville passe os hvornår vores hybrid bil skulle lades op. De er super hjælpsomme med alt. Hvis man gerne vil have det perfekte ophold i Kaprun uden børn. Så er det hotellet man skal bo på. Morgenmaden var et overflødighedshorn af forskellig mad. Det var simpelthen så lækkert.”

“Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel was very quiet when we were there as it was the end of the season. The staff were all great. I missed not having a kettle in the room especially when a cup of tea at the bar cost €6.50 Pool was lovely but a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well there. The location is fantastic.”
