“Hotelanlage war sehr gut und mit tolle Bergblick. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Bergbahnstation. Morgen Buffet was ausgezeichnet und Abendessen kulinarische Genuss. Servicepersonal war sehr höflich und zügig. Einzige was wir schwach gefunden haben ist: Wunderschöne Barterrasse war immer geschlossen und wir konnten nie irgendwo etwas trinken und die Sonne geniessen. “Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“The hotel was very quiet when we were there as it was the end of the season. The staff were all great. I missed not having a kettle in the room especially when a cup of tea at the bar cost €6.50 Pool was lovely but a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well there. The location is fantastic.”
