“Excellent service with top quality from arrival ti departure. The MD & team made the stay 5 star feeling. Our dog was welcom and the team out a dogbed in the room. If we ever go to Zell am See again this hotel is the only hotel we Will chipsen.”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“Wow!! We only stayed at Hotel Zum Hirschen for one night in room 346, but we did not want to leave and wished we could’ve stayed longer. This hotel is fantastic, great staff, great food, nice bar, a lovely little pool and the saunas. The rooms are incredible, spacious enough to stay for an extended period as they are like mini apartments. The bed was amazing and the pillows so soft. The room was quiet, cool and dark. Slept like a baby 💤 We were able to park our motorcycle in the adjoining……
