“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“This was our second time staying with the property. The spa experience here was worth the entire trip. It has such a relaxing vibe and doesn't ever get too busy. You can truly enjoy yourself.”

“My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.”
