“My apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the things I really appreciated was the convenient online check-in process. Being able to handle everything in advance made my arrival smooth and hassle-free, saving time and adding to the overall comfort of my stay.”

“這旅館在車站前，交通便利。房間寬敞，設施完備，早餐豐富，還有親筆寫的歡迎函。看似完美的旅店，卻隱含著諸多令房客不滿、不舒服的缺失： 早餐7：30am才供應，對於早起或是趕早班車的人是很不方便的。 一樓電梯口早上常有惡臭氣味，讓人進入餐廳前聞到就沒胃口。 房間內金屬流理台生鏽，浴室淋浴間殘留前房客毛髮等等。 最離譜的是，住宿一晚以上的房客，其房間清潔時間是下午2至6點鐘(櫃檯人員的說明），也就是說長住房客在這段時間不方便回房休息（擔心清潔人員的打擾），既使回房休息也不一定有乾淨的房間或毛巾可以使用。而當天3點check-in的新房客則可以使用清潔好的房間。我的親身經歷是下午回房間休息，4：30pm清潔人員才敲門要進行清潔（真是無言啊）。”

“Väldigt fin lägenhet!! Rent, snyggt och städat. Kändes väldigt nyrenoverat. Trevlig balkong in mot gården. I lägenheten finns allt för att laga enklare måltider o frukost. Trevlig pärm på boendet med olika tips på allt från restauranger till upplevelser. Lugnt och trevligt område att bo i. Promenadavstånd in till Centrum. Med hjälp av instruktioner i bokningen var det enkelt att hitta nycklar, koder osv. Men instruktioner vad som gäller med incheckning/utcheckning kunde varit bättre eftersom……

“Overall I had a good stay. Warning if you work remotely that the wifi is not the greatest, it drops out frequently. The rooms and the hotel are all very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. A couple things that could be improved; the mini fridge in my room was very noisy, there should be a fan in the rooms as there’s zero air circulation and the bus depot outside is noisy so you can’t keep the windows open. ”

“It's a good location, close to a metro station lift and not too close to the crowded plaza. The building and furniture are new. There are a few good restaurants nearby and a small Tesco to get daily supplies. Though the low noise caused by the tram in silent night was a little bit disturbing, the stay at the apartment was a really enjoyable experience. ”

“Great stay just outside the Prague old town. Very well connected to the city and airport through extensive public transportation network. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff very helpful.”

“The area is great, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. The customer service is very responsive and provides solutions immediately.”

“The soundproofing is very poor. During my stay, the guests in the neighboring room made extremely loud noises both in their room and in the hallway. Reporting it to the hotel staff had no effect at all.”
